To ensure you receive the full service you deserve without feeling rushed, I strive to stay on schedule. I kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you're running late, please let me know, and I'll do my best to accommodate you. Please understand that arriving significantly late may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
To ensure all my valued guests receive the attention they deserve, I kindly request a 48-hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows me to accommodate other guests and manage my schedule effectively. Changes made within 48 hours of your appointment may be subject to a fee, which helps me compensate for the reserved time. In the event of a "no call/no show," a similar fee will apply. I appreciate your understanding, as these policies help me provide the best possible service to everyone. Let's work together to make your appointment a seamless and enjoyable experience!

My goal is for you to absolutely love your experience and your hair! I strive to provide the best service possible, and your satisfaction is my top priority.
Ensuring You Love Your Hair:
If you experience any challenges with a service you've received, please let me know within 7 days of your service date. I want to understand what happened and make it right.
If we determine that I didn't quite hit the mark with the execution of your service, I'll be happy to correct it for you at no additional charge. My aim is for you to leave feeling confident and thrilled with your hair!
If you've simply changed your mind and are looking for a different result than what we discussed during your consultation, I'm happy to work with you! I'll provide you with a clear quote for a "refinement" service, which will allow us to adjust your look based on your new goals. I'll also make every effort to get you back into the salon within 7 days of your request to address this.
Important Note: To ensure fairness and the ability to effectively address any concerns, please notify me within 7 days of your original service. After this time, our Guest Satisfaction policy will no longer apply, and any further services will be subject to regular pricing.
Retail Exchanges:
If you're not completely satisfied with a retail product you've purchased, I gladly accept exchanges for full credit within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure that at least 80% of the product remains.
While retail purchase refunds aren't available, I'm happy to help you find a different product that I believe will be a better fit for your hair needs and goals. My aim is for you to have the right tools to maintain your beautiful look at home!
Please note that any shipping fees for products directly shipped to you by the salon are non-refundable.
